Bareiss half-board

The Bareiss half-board stands for limitless delectability, and represents a feast from early morning to late in the evening. We lead off from 7.00 a.m. with exquisite snacks, tea and coffee at the Pool Bistro, before we pull out all the stops from 8.00 a.m. til 11.30 a.m. with our legendary Bareiss breakfast buffet. Cakes and pastries provided in the afternoon, while in the evening we invite you to come to dinner in the hotel guest restaurants in the Black Forest between 7.00 p.m and 8.00 p.m. We are happy to serve you our midnight snack at our hotel bar.

The Culinary Trilogy is the ideal arrangement for all those who would like to try all our exquisite à la carte restaurants. You can look forward to a 4-course dinner at the Dorfstuben, a 5-course dinner at the Kaminstube, lunch in the 3-star Restaurant Bareiss and an aperitif in the wine cellar.

The chance to become an expert in the kitchen yourself: during our cooking courses our executive chef Oliver Steffensky will show you how to create culinary delicacies. In addition to the cooking course and the popular Bareiss half-board, you will be able have a look behind the scenes at our patisserie, enjoy an aperitif in the wine cellar and indulge in a sublime 7-course lunch in the 3-star restaurant Bareiss.
