Embark on a multifaceted wine journey focusing on the regions of Baden, Alsace, and Burgundy: you will be presented with and taste selected wines, visit winemakers on-site, and provide fascinating insights into the characteristics of various grapes as well as the work involved in the vineyard and cellar. To conclude this experience, we’ll say, »cheers!« over an exclusive lunch at the 3-star Restaurant Bareiss.
The arrangement includes the following:
5 nights’ accommodation as part of the Bareiss half-board, arrival on Sunday
Sunday evening: Welcome gathering with a glass of Crémant d’Alsace
Monday: Visit to a Baden winery
Tuesday: Burgundy tasting with a guided tour of the Bareiss wine cellar
Wednesday: Excursion to Alsace, visiting two regional winemakers
Thursday: Lunch menu in the 3-star Restaurant Bareiss with wine pairings from Alsace and Burgundy
a bottle of »Lehrstoff« to take home; this wine is produced by our apprentices, who regularly work on a vineyard and participate in all the tasks from vine pruning to grape pressing.
